Little Monsters Love to Read

As part of the current exhibit Monsters in the Bookshelf at the Thacher Gallery (located on the campus of USF in San Francisco) there has been a contest to create a poster of original artwork featuring a monster (or monsters) and a book.  The idea was to simultaneously promote creativity and reading.

Above you can see my entry for the contest (the results will be announced October 30th...)

My little monsters love to read... How about yours?

  2. Those are great!
My oldest monster used to love to read. Now he stubbornly refuses to read of his own volition. I'm hoping it's temporary.

  5. Apparently, my little monsters love to read, but my littlest monster (AKA wee Bloom) also loves to eat little monsters. Today he ate most of the paint (and one of the spikes) off the head of the small orange monster... eek... Silly Little Mr. B. to have left the tiny orange monster on the floor...

I have to admit that peg people, even among Waldorfians, have not charmed me at all. But yours do, every time. magic in the hands, my dear. Magic in the hands.
