Littlest Bird Watcher


From the moment he wakes up in the morning, my littlest bird-lover is chirping "bur-dee!"  He points to the fluttering paper birds hanging from our mobiles, and when I take him to watch the chickadees, titmice, goldfinches and pine siskins at the feeder outside the bedroom window, he chirps even louder... which, unfortunately, frightens away the birds.

And his favorite song at the moment?  Little Bird by Elizabeth Mitchell, of course!
